Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to ChatPanel, an independent web-based dashboard for authorized customers. By creating, requesting, accessing, or using a ChatPanel account, you agree to these Terms, our safety notices, and any additional written service rules shown inside the dashboard.

Independent service and trademark notice

ChatPanel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, Google, Meta, Amazon, X Corp., or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates. All trademarks, logos, platform names, service names, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party services are descriptive only and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, official status, API approval, platform approval, or any right to use third-party marks beyond fair descriptive reference.

1. Account access and identity

ChatPanel is not a login page for Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Discord, Telegram, Google, email providers, banks, wallets, or any other third-party service. You must enter only your ChatPanel username and ChatPanel password on this website. Do not enter third-party passwords, financial credentials, recovery codes, or wallet seed phrases.

2. Acceptable use and prohibited activity

You are solely responsible for how you configure, operate, and use ChatPanel. You agree not to use ChatPanel for:

  • Prohibited: Using ChatPanel to impersonate any person, brand, platform, platform employee, payment provider, or official support channel.
  • Prohibited: Collecting, requesting, storing, or transmitting third-party passwords, banking credentials, wallet seed phrases, recovery codes, or one-time codes.
  • Prohibited: Operating campaigns that are unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, hateful, adult/sexual where prohibited, misleading, or harmful.
  • Prohibited: Violating third-party platform terms, community guidelines, developer policies, advertising policies, anti-spam rules, or intellectual-property rights.
  • Prohibited: Selling or promising guaranteed rankings, monetization, verification, platform approval, search placement, algorithmic outcomes, or account protection.
  • Prohibited: Using unauthorized automation, scraping, credential stuffing, phishing, malware, executable downloads, browser extensions, APKs, or attempts to bypass security controls.
  • Prohibited: Uploading or entering content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any party.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • ✓ Use only accounts, channels, tokens, content, brands, and data that you own or are authorized to manage.
  • ✓ Review and comply with each platform policy before using any ChatPanel feature with that platform.
  • ✓ Keep your ChatPanel credentials confidential and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
  • ✓ Stop any campaign immediately if it may violate a platform rule, applicable law, or third-party rights.

4. No outcome guarantees

ChatPanel does not guarantee views, viewers, followers, subscribers, watch time, chat activity, revenue, monetization, verification, ranking, search placement, recommendation placement, account standing, platform approval, or any other third-party-platform outcome. Any numbers shown in the dashboard are operational information only.

5. Content, rights, and permissions

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for content, channels, accounts, tokens, usernames, trademarks, campaign materials, and data you submit or use through ChatPanel. You must remove any content or configuration immediately if you lose authorization or receive a rights, policy, or platform complaint.

6. Enforcement and suspension

We may restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate access, remove configurations, or refuse support where we believe use may violate these Terms, third-party policies, applicable law, security rules, abuse-prevention requirements, or domain/platform safety standards. We may cooperate with valid legal, security, abuse, or platform requests.

7. Security and no downloads

ChatPanel is a web dashboard. We do not provide executable downloads, APKs, installers, browser extensions, remote-access tools, or wallet tools from this website. Report suspicious pages, messages, or login prompts to contact@alwa7a.store.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ChatPanel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every third-party service, or that a third-party platform will permit any particular use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatPanel and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, platform-related, ranking-related, account-related, revenue-related, or data-loss damages arising from customer use or misuse.

9. Changes and contact
